Bhopal News | Finance Department ने Ministers के Bungalows में की जाने वाली सजावट के खर्च के Payment पर लगाई गई रोक हटा दी है। इसके साथ ही, आम आदमी से सीधे जुड़े Airports के निर्माण और इसके लिए किए जाने वाले Land Acquisition, और 52 अन्य योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में होने वाले खर्च को Permission से मुक्त कर दिया गया है। हालांकि, Finance Department ने 33 विभागों की 73 योजनाओं के खर्च के लिए अनुमति अनिवार्य कर दी है, जो मार्च 2025 तक प्रभावी रहेगी।
बारिश के कारण सड़क मरम्मत की रोक जारी
बारिश के कारण उखड़ी हुई सड़कों के चलते लोग परेशान हैं, लेकिन Finance Department ने Urban सड़कों के सुधार के लिए Revamp Scheme, PWD सड़कों के सुधार, Upgradation, Asphalt, और Renovation के लिए Finance Department की अनुमति की बंदिश खत्म नहीं की है।
इस महीने से नए Restrictions लागू होंगे
Finance Department के नए निर्देश के अनुसार, वर्ष 2024-25 की शेष अवधि के लिए Budget Allocations और Expenditure Plans के ये निर्देश अगस्त 2024 से मार्च 2025 तक प्रभावी रहेंगे। इसमें कुछ योजनाओं को General Expenditure में और शेष योजनाओं को Finance Department की अनुमति के बाद Payment वाली Category में शामिल किया गया है। यह निर्देश सभी Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, और सभी Department Heads और Budget Control Officers के लिए जारी किए गए हैं।
पूर्व में प्रतिबंधित विभागों पर भुगतान का प्रतिबंध हटा
जिन 14 विभागों की विभिन्न योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन पर पिछले महीने Permission लेना अनिवार्य किया गया था, अब उन विभागों को Permission के दायरे से बाहर कर दिया गया है। इनमें Forest, Commercial Tax, Narmada Valley Development, Non-Resident Indian Affairs, Higher Education, और AYUSH विभाग शामिल हैं।
इसके अलावा, Aviation Department, Panchayat Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Jail Department, Food and Civil Supplies Department, Science and Technology Department, और General Administration Department की योजनाओं को Finance की Permission से मुक्त किया गया है। जिन विभागों को Permission के दायरे में रखा गया है, उनकी कुछ योजनाओं में Relaxations दिया गया है।
